W. Stilma (Willemke)
Onderzoeker | docent VerpleegkundeWillemke Stilma is docent bij de opleiding Verpleegkunde en programmacoördinator bij de master Critical Care. Zij geeft met name vakken gericht op wetenschappelijk onderzoek (Evidence Based Practice) en het verpleegkundig klinisch redeneren.
In juni 2023 promoveerde Willemke op het onderwerp ‘Luchtwegzorg en buikligging bij intensive care patiënten. Haar promotie was het resultaat van een vruchtbare samenwerking tussen de HvA en de Intensive Care van het Amsterdam UMC, locatie AMC. Sinds juli 2023 combineert Willemke haar werkzaamheden als postdoctoraal onderzoeker met de functies van docent en programmacoördinator.
Na haar studie Nederlands Recht volgde Willemke de duale opleiding HBO-V. De Intensive Care opleiding bracht haar klinische verdieping en uitdaging. De universitaire master Evidence Based Practice gaf haar de mogelijkheid om zich ook op wetenschappelijk niveau te ontwikkelen.
