About the project
The website Developing Inclusive School Communities (DISC) presents the (draft) outcomes of the ERASMUS+ project Co-creating Inclusive School Communities. This project is initiated by a consortium consisting of institutions from six different countries:
- Estonia: Tallinn University (TLU)
- Finland: University of Helsinki
- Liechtenstein: Office of Education Liechtenstein
- The Netherlands: Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (HvA)
- Romania: University of Bucharest (UiB)
- Switzerland: Pedagogical University Zurich (PHZH)
- Canada: University of British Colombia (UBC)
Each of these institutions collaborates closely with one or more schools in co-creating different tools in a process of design-testing-evaluation-adaptation.
The project started in October 2021 and will run until September 2024. Draft versions of tools will be published during the project timeline. Final versions will be available at the end of the project.
