Upcycle Fashion Workshop

With summer just around the corner, it's time to bring out your best sunny outfits. Maybe you could use some refreshment in your wardrobe, but don't have the budget for it or you just don't think it's sustainable to buy new clothes every time. FLOOR and the Green Office will help you out with an Upcycle Fashion Workshop. 

What can you expect? 

Under the guidance of seamstresses from JeMoeder, you will learn in no time how to alter your own clothes and turn them into stylish fits. You don't need any experience and all you have to do is bring a garment you would like to transform into something new. JeMoeder's seamstresses will bring fabric, thread, embroidery and other materials to get you started. So you can learn embroidery and work with different haberdashery and patches.

JeMoeder is an activist clothing brand that aims to tackle the garment industry. JeMoeder rescues welfare scraps from the garment industry before they are shipped or burned. Leftover, dead-stock, surplus, 2nd-hand clothes from flea markets or swap parties are given a new life by upcycling and pimping them.
