Pilates April
Strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body alignment and balance.

Always wanted to join a pilates class? FLOOR has got you covered. In this class teacher Laetitia offers exercises which cover every posture muscle in your body, especially the abdomen, back and buttocks. The exercises are performed in a slow and fluid manner in conjunction with your breathing. You can step in at any time, no need to follow every class.
After the 1-hour class you can stick around and have a moment to relax, eat lunch and drink tea.

Laetitia Kruitbosch (USC)
Being involved in different sports like boxing and kickboxing Laetitia was first introduced to Pilates in 2019 when a burnout changed her approach to sports and training. While teaching various other group classes she received in house training at the USC and started teaching Pilates as well in 2023. She integrates her knowledge from other areas of training into Pilates, as well as experience from her previous work as a social worker. Thus, she knows first hand how to find out what your body needs when life is busy. Even small choices within one exercise can give you a sense of agency, providing a stepping stone for expanding to choices in other areas.
