A company’s corporate reputation through the eyes of employees measured with sentiment analysis of online reviews

Rapport

Corporate reputation defines itself as the overall assessment of a company's performance over time (Kircova & Esen, 2018). Organizations with a positive corporate reputation create a competitive advantage and are more likely to influence customer's behaviors and attitudes (Kircova, 2018).

Recent studies have shown that corporate reputation is usually measured through qualitative interviews, surveys, and focus groups (Smith, 2010).

The purpose of this paper is to measure corporate reputation from online reviews that are publicly available on the web.
